Observation

On the porch when you exit out of the kitchen door to go to the yard there are very large garbage bags of donation clothes that are on the porch and accessible to the children. Outdoor stairs leading to play area/backyard has a chunk of stair gone and nail exposed. At the bottom of the stairs leading to the yard there is a water heater to the left of the stairs present and accessible to children along with what appears to be insulation and other water heater pieces and debris. All of these items were accessible to the children. Plywood used as barrier for fence around the backyard has nails sticking out of the posts that is securing the plywood. Amina was informed of all of the noncompliance issues and stated the landlard was coming to the home on this day 2/8/2023 at 1:30p.m. and would fix items. That she would send pictures to the licensor.
